Gaelic Festival celebrated May 1 in the Northern Hemisphere and November 1 in the Southern Hemisphere.
 
Altar Decorations: Red and white candles, Seasonal Flowers and Garlands, Small Maypole, Goddess & God Statues, Faeries, Butterflies, Beads,  Growing Plants, Plows, Cauldrons of Flowers, Brooms
 
Animals: Goats, rabbits and Honeybees
 
Colors: White and Dark Green
 
Drinks: Mead, Fruit/Wine Punch, Milk & Honey
 
Flowers: primrose, rowan, hawthorn, gorse, hazel and marsh marigold
 
Foods: Dairy, Oatmeal cakes, Bread, Cherries, Strawberries, Green Salads
 
Herbs: yellow cowslip, hawthorn, roses, lily of the valley, honeysuckle, birch trees, rosemary, and lilac. Also included are almond, angelica, ash trees, bluebells, cinquefoil, daisies, frankincense, ivy, marigolds and satyrion root.
 
Incense: African violet, jasmine, rose, sage and strawberry
 
Oils: Lavender, Rose, Frankincense, Myrrh, Jasmine
 
Stones: Sapphires, bloodstones, emeralds, orange carnelians, and rose quartz
 
Traditions: Beltane Fires, Maypole Dancing, Great Rites
